If you applied for a school in 2021, likely by now, you would have received the news that you weren't admitted.
If you applied for a scholarship for 2021 admission, likely by now, you would have received the news that you weren't selected.
So, what does this mean? It means that this is PERFECTLY NORMAL! Rejection is all part of the process and while painful, it really can help us to refine our focus. Rejection is normal, but resilience is not.
If you're staring at a rejection letter for the academic year 2021 or a rejection letter for a professional goal, take a breath, remind yourself of your purpose, cry, breathe and strategize.
